Job Summary:

This person will coordinate the recruitment process from beginning to end, while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepare recruitment materials; create and publish job ads in various portals, including company website.
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media, hiring events, etc.
Source and recruit candidates using social media, and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct initial phone interviews to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Schedule candidate interviews and assist candidate with travel arrangements.
Create offer letters and ensure background and reference checks are completed.
Follow up with candidates and build rapport throughout the recruitment process and act as point of contact for recruitments.
Train and guide hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
Work with department managers/supervisors to develop and update job descriptions.
Coordinate Employee Referral Program.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future employment needs.
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
Participate in job fairs and college recruitments.
Provide reporting for quarterly and annual hiring plans.
Promote company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Back up and support the Human Resources Manager and HR Specialist.
May assist with onboarding new employees and other Human Resources tasks.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites like LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Proficient and demonstrated ability with applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, preferably Microsoft Office 365, and aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Proficient knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations, especially pertaining to recruitment.
Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; and two years of recruitment experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Current human resources certification a plus.
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000
