A growing, boutique construction company based in Prineville is seeking an experienced HR Manager/Culture Champion to lead their team! The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the Company in order to recruit and retain top talent while enhancing the culture and creating a great place to work!
