Presentation: Essentials for an Inclusive Workplace

Developing an inclusive workforce means creating an environment where each employee feels
recognized, appreciated, valued, and has their talents utilized. This requires an organization to examine its polices, practices and procedures to uncover and discover the things that create disparities and inequity in the workplace.

Daryl Dixon brings over 20 years of experience in the area of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Daryl’s passion in this area is driven by his desire to help organizations achieve a truly inclusive work environment: an environment where every employee feels recognized, appreciated, valued and that their talents are being optimally utilized. Daryl has led this work in organizations ranging from small non-profits to Fortune 500. Daryl is also a certified EEO Investigator.

An award-winning diversity practitioner, Daryl has presented at the national SHRM Diversity Conference and was cited in HR Magazine for his expertise in the area of workforce diversity. Daryl earned his BA degree from Morehouse College and the Master of Divinity degree from George Fox University
