Building Teams That Care: How to Enliven Your Workforce to Kick-Ass Results (even though we are all tired!)

Covid-19 has us fatigued and burned out with dynamic changes to practices and protocols. The awesome people we need to get results are hard to find and to retain as people rethink everything about their lives. How can you move your organization's cultural health forward? By investing in the fabric of healthy, cohesive, trusting teams. Team care builds healthy communities at work, and there has never been a more important time to do just that. Join this session to walk away with at least one strategy for growing the strength of your community at work to benefit everyone (including you!).
